Celebrate! — Daily Meditation Moment

“Accomplish your plans. When you win, we plan to raise the roof and lead the parade with our banners. May all your wishes come true!” Psalm 20:4,5 (The Message Bible)

Today I launched a new weekly blog (Wednesday Inspiration) on my website (hhtp://souly4youbylindagillis.com). I am posting pictures on this blog, and I must tell you that each step of developing my blog has had its hair-pulling moments. Today’s illustration of a large footprint molded out of concrete showed up twice on the blog. I went into panic, as I wanted my blog to have integrity and class, so I pulled it down and started over! Then I read again the words etched on the footprint: “No matter how smooth or how rough this day, God is with us each step of the way.”

The scripture in Psalm 20 reflects how I felt when I went signed on to Facebook and saw my post; I flipped into Twitter, and there it was. When I got to Linked in and saw my blog, I wanted to make a banner of the post and lead a parade down my street to show my accomplishment!

My wish for today had come true. However, it didn’t happen without a lot of study, frustration, prayer, and a desperate phone call to Tamala, my webmaster, who upon hanging up the phone, must have raised the roof with praise: “Linda finally got it!”

Dear Lord, let us pat each other on the back for all we accomplish together in your name. Amen.
